Catch up

• Craig has signed the Letter of Agreement and completed the detailed exercise programme and will be sending this through shortly.

• Bex will not be joining the filming this time round due to her surgery

Filming

• In light of recent Covid developments focus will also be on making the filming as Covid-secure as possible - booster preferred and negative lateral flow test no more than 24hrs before - may need to put together a contingency plan if restrictions are put in place.

• Davinder joined the meeting to discuss the finer details of filming: white background that will be made to look neutral, will be renting lights and using clip-on mics

• Craig to organise red, amber and green t-shirts for the physio, patient . Patient will wear grey t-shirt (or own clothes?)

• Charlotte to book hotels for Craig and his team

• Clement to also attend filming to support

LASC

• Alex to contact Nicola Miller at LASC to confirm dates she will be available to open the doors and organise a room for them to film

• Craig to send out volunteer brief to Alex to put out for SS to join filming for red videos, 2 SS would be ideal to stagger the exercises - can revisit this in our next meeting in line with Covid restrictions and government guidelines.

Marketing

• Alex has organised a meeting with Lisa Jones on 14th Jan to discuss a marketing campaign

Next steps

Alex to arrange a meeting for 5-6 January to catch up on the below actions and how the Covid situation has developed and how this might affect filming etc. Do we need a contingency plan in place?
