Short update from Davinder on editing work for remaining weeks and update on coaching notes

• Craig has sent Davinder on WhatsApp for the coaching notes that were missed during the recording last week - Davinder can use the audio that Craig has sent through. Refer to the email from Davinder.

• Davinder has been editing and its getting quicker, he has got the elements in motion, Clement has been helping Davinder make the end slides and helping with the typos, Davinder is cracking on with the video mainly the beginnings and ends and working on the colour balances

• Facebook and Insta motion videos and stills for Twitter and LinkedIn Once key messaging has been confirmed, Ashley will email Craig the gifs and key messaging for social

• Layout for all videos will be the same

• Craig would like to see the finalised versions of all groups of week 1 for sign-off before we go live on Monday

• Alex to upload the videos on YouTube and send them to Craig for final confirmation and feedback

• Once Craig has confirmed and agreed that they are good and happy with the finished product, Alex to send the finalised videos to Craig via WeTransfer.

Quick run through marketing and social activity so we can align

• Ashley will liaise with Craig tomorrow to confirm the social media activity and align. Times and copy #strokerecovery tag ASoL

• Testimonials from Craig so Ash can get it to the social team.

Music on videos

• Davinder prefers to have the music on the videos, will cost £75 for the first week of videos, $300 for the whole programme

• If we add this it may delay the programme - Clement is not keen to use the music on the videos and Charlotte is also not keen as they feel it may distract the audience from the exercises.

• Davinder says its just a c/p job to get the music on all videos - is there any risk that this affects scheduling, Davinder says no it won’t

• Charlotte asks if it will be consistent across all four weeks - we’ve approved that we will have the music for all the videos.
