If you want to find more information online, My Stroke Guide is a website that acts as a self-help resource and tool for stroke survivors, carers and also health professionals.

  • You can find health information and guidance on My Stroke Guide under the Information section as well as aphasia specific information.

  • There are also health publications on a range of stroke-related topics. You can also order these on stroke.org.uk, the publications themselves are free, you will only pay for shipping.

  • There is also a thriving online stroke community on our forums, you will have to register to take part, but you can access the forum here if you want to have a look.

  • There is also a Finding support section with resources and information on how to access local and online help and guidance.
