My Stroke Guide Survey

• Triggered automation (at the 8-week mark)

• Frequency of data upload: Monthly (mid-month)

Instructions

1. Log in to My Stroke Guide

2. Navigate to the Forum > Admin > Users > Export

3. Open CSV file and filter down to the month required and delete the rest

4. Filter the ‘Consent to stay in touch’ column by Email

5. Then rename column E (created_at) to MSG_REGISTERED_DATE

6. Save the file, renaming it ‘MSG survey’ 

7. Log in to Dotdigital and select the ‘Events’ account

8. Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ tab

9. Navigate to the ‘MSG’ folder

10. Select the address book ‘MSG User Survey NEW' (click on the name)  

11. Click on ‘Add contacts’ and select ‘Add a list of contacts from an Excel or CSV file'

12. Upload the ‘MSG survey' file

13. Map as shown here (‘skip’ all others):
