• Craig has received the document from Charlotte

• Has spoken to three Physios

• Can do the filming but Bex has surgery end of December and will be out for a month

• Nick and Mark can do the videoing, Bexley can write the programme but just Nicole and Mark doing the filming

Schedule

Craig would go for Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th Jan as the filming date.

Contract

Craig would like to order t-shirts and they will be white. We need to make sure that the backdrop will provide sufficient contrast.

Had the letter of agreement sorted but Craig will have their bit turned around.

Thursday 16th December - detailed programme signed off

Marketing

Craig wants to know the approach for call for volunteers. Charlotte says we should speak to LASC.

Announcing the partnership would need to be sighted by comms so it’s on their radar.

Arrange a meeting for mid-December based on Craig’s team meeting the deadline for the detailed exercise programme content and volunteers.
