It says my username/password is wrong, what can I do?

If you have tried to log in to the Online Community, but get an error saying your username or password is wrong, there are a couple of things you can do.

Option 1: Use the “one time login link”

This option will let you log in without your username and password. You just need access to your email address.

It is a great option because it eliminates concerns about any typos in your password.

To use the "one-time login link", please follow the instructions in this article.

You can use the “one time login link” every time you login. But if you want to continue to use the traditional login option, please continue to Option 2.

Option 2: Try resetting your password

Even if you think your password is right, this is a good thing to try.

It makes sure your email address is correctly attached to your account and checks for any typing mistakes.

It's also smart if you're worried someone else might have gotten into your account.
