What this guide is about

If you are already logged in but want to change your password, you can do so from your account settings.

This guide will show you how to:

  • Request a password reset email

  • Set a new password

How to request a password reset email

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Click the grey person icon, then select Preferences.

  1. Click Security in the menu.

  2. Click Send Password Reset Email.

  1. Now, open your email inbox.

  2. Look for an email with a password reset link.

  3. Click the link in the email.

  1. Type in the new password you would like to use.

  2. Click "Set Password" to save your changes.

Your password has now been updated!
