What this guide is about
You can change your username after 30 days of creating your account. If you are unable to change it, please contact the team through the Service Desk.
This guide will show you how to:
Change your username.
Confirm your new username.
How to change your username
Click on your profile icon, then click on the person icon you will see a menu item called , then select Preferences.
Click on Preferences and it will bring up your profile.

Click on the pencil icon beside your username and type in your new username

Save your profile changes by clicking on the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Then confirm by clicking the blue Change button.

A pop up will appear asking you to confirm you are certain you want to change your username.

If you click Yes, your username will be changed.
If you click No, you will need to click Cancel to cancel the action.
