Important things to know
Who can Ignore?: The Ignore feature is usually available only to all users.
Muting is available to everyone: Anyone can mute another user, regardless of their trust level.
No notifications: When you mute or ignore someone, they won’t be notified.
When to report: If a user’s behaviour violates community guidelines, muting or ignoring them won’t solve the problem for others. Please report them to a moderator for further action by contacting us through ourService deskor emailing us the team at online.community@stroke.org.uk.
