  • I am also a stroke survivor. I was an enthusiastic home cook before my stroke. I lost the use of my right side so now I'm having to manage left handed as well as single handed. It means I am a bit limited. Thanks Chris for these demonstrations and tips. I am findind them very useful. I already bought some of that non-stick mat. I can't get out to the shops but found it can be ordered online from Ebay free delivery and not too expensive. Keep on keepin' on !! πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘ All the best Bobbi
