11:00am | Catch-up from the last meeting | Charlotte has booked hotel rooms for Clement, Davinder, Craig, Nicole and Mark at the Travelodge 18th-20th Jan. Alex contacted Nicola Miller and booked the Gwyneth Forrester training room at the LASC. Nicola mentioned that all face to face activity has stopped at the LASC and it is technically closed but as our work is critical she was happy to let us go ahead. She will be there to open the doors on both days.

| Filming | Craig confirmed he will organise the red, amber and green t-shirts for the physios to wear. Davinder wasn’t sure about getting additional cameras due to cost but Charlotte gave him the go ahead to get the extra camera as we do not want to compromise on quality. Craig expressed concern about getting a stroke survivor as a volunteer to take part as the virus is especially rampant at the moment. Taking into consideration the extra support that would have to provided we felt as a group that it was not the right time for a SS to join the production and will not be going ahead with it this time. (Should we go ahead with a third exercise programme sometime in the future; diversity and having stroke survivors demonstrating the exercises with the physios will be a priority.) Craig mentioned that Bex’s operation went well but has needed more time to recover so will not be involved in the production side of the project but expressed that she would still like to add to the voice overs, Charlotte asked Davinder if this is the correct way forward in terms of consistency of quality. Craig agreed with Davinder that consistency is the most important and improves the overall quality and will not be using her for the voice overs.

| Next steps | Alex to organise another meeting for 17th Jan to make sure all is in good order and contingency plan is set. Craig is to get the red, amber, green t-shirts. Davinder needs to do the costings for the extra equipment and contingencies (i.e. a freelancer who can take over).
