If you have tried to login to My Stroke Guide, but get an error saying your username or password is wrong, there are a couple things you can do.

Step 1: Use the “one time login link” option

This open will let you login without your username and password. You just need access to your email address.

It is a great option because you don’t have to worry about any typos in your password.

To use the “one time login link” please follow the instructions in this article.

You can use the “one time login link” every time you login. But if you want to continue to use the traditional login option, please continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Try resetting your password

Even if you are sure that your password is correct, this can be a good thing to try.

It will confirm that the correct email address is linked to your account. It also lets you be sure that a typo isn’t causing the problem.

It is also a good idea if you are worried that someone else may have accessed your account.

You can follow the instructions in this article to reset your password.

Step 3: Get in touch

If neither of these options work, please do get in touch. We can check that your user account is still active and working correctly.

Important: If you get in touch because you cannot login, please try to let us know what you have already tried so we don’t suggest the same thing.
