How do I change my Home Screen and Default View?

By default, the Online Community will show you the different topics and posts arranged by Category. But there are other options, including seeing the topics that have been active most recently.

Click to open in a new window.

Instructions

1. What views are available and how do I see them?

You can use the buttons at the top of the forum to switch from a Category view to see the Latest posts (or even the most popular or Top posts).

The different views are:

  • Categories - this is the default and will show you a list of categories

  • Latest - this will show you the topics, with the ones with the most recent replies and other activity at the top.

  • New - this will always show you the topics in order of when they were posted, with the most recent at the top.

  • Unread - this will show you only those topics you haven’t read. If you choose this, you will need to use the buttons at the top to find posts you have already read.

  • Top - this will show you the posts with the most activity (not just the most recent) at the top

This will only change your view of posts right at that moment, the next time you look at the forum home page, you will see the posts organised by Category.
