How do I change my username

After creating your account, you must wait 30 days before you can change your username. If you are unable to change your username, please contact the team through the Service desk.

Instructions

  1. Click on your profile icon, then click on the person icon you will see a menu item called “Preferences”.

  1. Click on the pencil icon beside your username and type in your new username

  1. Then confirm by clicking “Change”.

  1. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm you are certain you want to change your username.

  • If you click “Yes”, your username will be changed.

  • If you click “No”, you will need to click “Cancel” to cancel the action.
