How to reset or change your password

What this guide is about
If you forgot your password and can’t log in, don’t worry! You can easily reset your password by requesting a reset link. This will allow you to create a new password and regain access to your account.
This guide will show you how to:
Request a password reset link.
Create a new password.
Log in with your new password.
How to request a password reset
Click on the Log In button located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage
On the Login page, click on the blue I forgot my password text underneath the password box.
A box will appear asking for your email address or username.
Enter your email or username, then submit the request.
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Open the email and click the link.
A new page will open in your browser.
Enter your new password.
Click "Set Password" to save your changes.
Your password has now been reset!
Now for the last step, go back to the Online Community home page.
Click the blue Log In button and enter your new password.
